Conditions of Use

Customer Requirements:

In order to become a customer of Uncuts Direct, prospective customers must complete a simple online application by visiting www.uncutsdirect.com and clicking on the “New Account” button.  Prospective customers must have a current vision care and/or opticianry practice within the United States which dispenses prescription eyewear to consumers.  During the sign-up process, customers will be required to provide a physical address as well as tax identification information.

 

Electronic Communications:

Customers of Uncuts Direct consent to receive communications from us electronically.  We will communicate with you by e-mail or through our online chat program.  Customers agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

 

Account Policies

Warranties: 

Warranties of lenses supplied by Uncuts Direct are limited to defects in materials and workmanship only.  Uncuts Direct guarantees that all orders will meet or exceed The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Z80 Quality Standards when delivered.  If an order does not meet ANSI standards, customers should contact Uncuts Direct via email at admin@uncutsdirect.com within 30 days of receipt with the details of the issue. 

 

Product Returns:

For orders not meeting ANSI standards, the Uncuts Direct customer service department will issue a Return Authorization for all orders requiring credit.  No credit will be issued without a return authorization.  The customer will be sent detailed return and reorder instructions via email.  Returned product must include a printed copy of the return authorization along with the lenses in their original shipping package. Upon receipt, returned product will be inspected for defects.  Once the defect is verified, credit will be issued to the same credit card that was originally used to place the order.  Credit will not be issued for orders that are fabricated within ANSI Z80 Standards or are greater than 30 days from original order date.

 

Pricing: 

Pricing is available under the “Rx Availability” tab of the website once you have logged into the site with your Username and Password.  Additionally, prices will be displayed in the “Add an Rx Order” section once you have selected the specific product to be ordered. 

Uncuts Direct reserves the right to change the prices of all products at any time without advance notice.  All prices are quoted in US Dollars.

 

Delivery:

Orders will be shipped to the address established in the initial account set-up.  Uncuts Direct will strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible.  The time of delivery may vary depending on order complexity and delivery location. 

Prior to finalizing an Rx Order, customers will elect a preferred shipping method for an entire order.  Customers will have the ability to elect their preferred level of delivery service – UPS Ground, UPS Blue Label or UPS Red Label.

Notifications/Communication:

Upon submission and acceptance of an order, the customer will be sent an Order Acknowledgement via email containing an Order Reference Number.  The Order Reference Number should be used for all communication when referencing a specific order.

Upon shipment from the Uncuts Direct processing facility, the customer will be sent a Shipping Notification e-mail.  This email will provide a UPS tracking number for the order.

 

Product Availability:

Uncuts Direct does not guarantee availability of all products at all times.  If Uncuts Direct cannot deliver any product within an appropriate amount of time because of backorders, the customer will be notified by email and a substitution will be offered.

 

Termination:

Uncuts Direct reserves the right to terminate any user’s account at any time.  In the event of cancellation, all orders that have been previously placed will be completed and an email notification of termination will be sent.
